I couldn't decide so I ended up doing both, as usual I have many projects in the works. In the last week I've finished my first granny square blanket and started another. I've made two scarves and started another. Many thanks to Nicole and Grandma Koontz for teaching me how to make a granny square. While playing with many different types of yarn, I've been using a skein a day! Only good things can come from all this creativity! Smile today!
You are lucky...I have been trying without luck for granny squares...I can make octagons? That might make an interesting afghan, don't you think?
